Exceptional hospitality from kind hosts and a lovely communal kitchen made for a pleasant and welcoming stay. Breakfast was delicious, offering plenty of variety and fresh options that catered well to all tastes.

Street noise could be distracting, especially during night hours. parking was limited, leading to some hassle when finding a place to leave our vehicle during busy times.

the noise level was atrocious, with thin walls allowing me to hear every door slam and obnoxious conversation. to top it off, I wasn’t even offered a cozy welcome gift for my stay, which really felt like a slap in the face. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but this place just couldn’t cut it.

Had a fab 2-night stay! The check-in was super easy, and I loved the cozy vibe. The clean room had all the essentials, and I really enjoyed the make-your-own breakfast setup with all the cereals and pancakes. Only wish the bed was a tad comfier! a great spot near the beach and town.

We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of this family-owned guest house. The kitchen was well-equipped for meals, and the cleanliness of both our room and communal areas made our stay very pleasant. It truly felt like a home away from home, especially with our two grown kids.

In my wife’s opinion, a more robust breakfast selection would enhance the experience.

had an amazin stay at The Jays Guest House! check in was super easy, made me feel right at home. the breakfast options were plentiful and fresh, and the communal kitchen was really clean! also loved that the room was comfy with a powerful shower and fluffy towels. the location is fab, close to bus stops and a short walk to the beach, perfect for visits!

only downside was some noise from traffic outside and the parking situation could be clearer as there were issues with street parking.
